Technoplast's latest generation of extrusion downstream machinery
is an integrated developed line concept satisfying the material needs
of modern profile extrusion. Consequent use of similar components,
innovative design concepts and maximizing of flexibility and modularity
make Profitec the technologically and economically leading solution.
Profitec is designed to make extrusion machinery more efficient and
easily understood with our maintenance-friendly functions, that includes
a detailed description of alarms from our calibration terminal, as well
as our easy to use operational function keys on our B&R software control
teminal. This new technology makes operating the new Profitec extrusion
line user friendly for all personnel and gives your extrusion plant an
alternative and simpler innovative solution to understanding
technicalities of extrusion machinery.
Profitec STANDARD
The workhorse and core piece of the Profitec family of machinery,
the STANDARD is optimized for classical single strand extrusion. It is
the first choice when it comes to cost/performance ratio, a need for
reduction of energy, and a working convenience. Integrated machine
controls, ergonomical details like the adjustable operating terminal,
or the maintenance friendly extricable water and vacuum pumps make the
Profitec STANDARD the outstanding platform for all standard extrusion
tasks.
Profitec DUAL
The two independently running production units of the Profitec DUAL
allow for a maximum flexibility. This flexibility can be reached not
only at a single strand extrusion, reducing or eliminating necessary
production stops when changing tools, but also when used with a twin or
double strand configuration. The Profitec DUAL can be operated with one
or two extruders and is fully compatible with other machines of the
Profitec family. The calibration table of a DUAL downstream line can be
used for panel production due to close relation of the designs of WIDE
and DUAL. The Profitec DUAL line can be completely functioned from the
operator or non operator side with our local/remote feature on the
calibration table as well as on the B&R software control terminal. The
DUAL is also capable of operating the clamping frames
independently. This function is achieved from either side of the
calibration terminal. The adjustable clamping frame option enables
operators to work efficiently with less downtime for operation in
your extrusion plant.
Profitec WIDE
The "broad" Profitec allows for extrusion of panels and window sills
of up to 39.37 inches (1000 mm). The WIDE offers advantages for single
strand extrusion as well. At an upcoming tool exchange the new tool is
prepared during the running production on the calibration table. When
the actual exchange happens, the new tool is swapped into place,
connected and can be started immediately. This added flexibility has
direct impact on the effective facility availability and thus on actual
production time.
Profitec COMPACT
Small, modular and efficient, the Profitec COMPACT is the combined
answer to two challenges: WPC extrusion on one maximum-flexibility in
the form of a competitive small line, while still retaining all of the
advantages of the Profitec series.
